excellent staff

Recommend it for solo travelers

The staff was polite. They responded promptly when I asked for room service, and it. The cozy room had a nice view that made my mornings amazing.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but the experience was still acceptable.

The paratha at breakfast stood out. it was exceptional and a real treat. The welcome pack offered post-drama added a nice touch.

Check-in chaos reigned, with misleading cancellation messages and confusion over upgrades. The bathroom felt cramped with leaky fixtures, and the underground breakfast room lacked natural ventilation, leaving you gasping for fresh air. Patchy internet and a careless breakfast layout—2 sad bananas and an apple don’t cut it, even if the paratha impressed.

poor maintenance

i was completely shocked by the lack of quality! the shower gel was not refilled, truly disappointing. also, i was expecting a complimentary upgrade after being inconvenienced, but alas, that woudl ve been too much to ask? ! quite the underwhelming experience to say the least, i was almost ready to write a good review but just couldn’t.

Had an amazing group vacation here! Clean rooms and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. We loved exploring the nearby hiking trails and went mountain climbing which was a blast! The breakfast was simple but hit the spot, and we appreciated the snacks available throughout the day. Super convenient to use the local ride-sharing app to get around easily.

However, the breakfast options were limited, which might be a downside for some.

It was just a fitting option for a quick layover in Islamabad with good value for cost. The dinner from room service was enjoyable, but paying cash on the spot felt inconvenient. Consider bringing cash if you want room service. they don't take cards.
